Ordering & shipping
Where do you ship from?
Everything is designed, printed and packed on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland, and shipped with Australia Post.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free Australia-wide on orders over $30. Standard and express options are shown at checkout.
When will my order ship?
It's just me behind the scenes, so I print and pack orders over the weekend and ship them with Australia Post on Monday mornings (occasionally Tuesday). Need it sooner? Get in touch and I'll do my best to help. You'll get a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. International shipping is available and calculated at checkout.
Balance bike & scooter holder
Do you have a holder for my pram? It's not on the list.
Sorry – I'm not adding any more pram-specific holders. There are so many prams on the market, and every new bracket takes a lot of measuring, prototyping and testing to get right.

Will the balance bike holder fit my pram?
Choose your pram from the list on the product page – each bracket is made for that specific model.
Changing prams soon, or travelling with a compact stroller? Hook n Go (above) moves from pram to pram, so one holder covers them all.
What can it carry?
The hooks suit most balance bikes and scooters, and even non-folding scooters fit while the pram still rolls smoothly.
Centre console trays
Will a console tray fit my vehicle?
Each tray is designed from real-world measurements of the vehicle listed in its title and options, then prototyped until the fit is exact. Not sure which one you need? Message me before you order and I'll help you choose.
Which tray layout should I choose?
Pick the layout that suits what you carry day to day – each product page shows every layout in use. If you'd like a hand deciding, just ask.
Don't see your vehicle?
Get in touch. I work directly with customers – using 3D scanning where needed – to design a tray that fits your console perfectly.
What are the trays made from?
Tough, heat-resistant engineering plastics such as PETG, ABS and ASA, chosen to cope with a hot Australian car interior without warping or fading.

Which launch monitors do the stands suit?
Each stand is designed around the launch monitor named in its title, so the device sits snugly and square to your target line. Using a different model? Message me – I'm always working on new designs.
How do I level the stand?
Use the included bubble level and the adjustable feet to get the stand dead level, even on uneven floors or mats.
Is the laser included?
On stands with a laser option, the cross-line laser is included with the laser variant only.
Returns & support
What's your return policy?
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return, as long as it's in the same condition you received it. Email me to start a return and I'll send you the details.
My item arrived damaged or doesn't fit. What do I do?
Contact me straight away with a photo and your order number. I'll work with you to make it right.
Are there any deals?
Buy a tray or golf stand and get a second one 25% off, or get a second set of pram brackets 30% off. You'll also earn rewards points on every order through the Rewards button.
