Hi, I’m Casey.

I’m an engineer and the founder of Just Print It 3D. What began as a way to fund my 3D printing “hobby” quickly evolved into a business focused on functional, problem-solving product design.

I specialise in developing practical accessories through heavy prototyping and iteration, using cutting-edge 3D printing technology to turn ideas into refined, production-ready products. Most designs start as problems I’ve encountered myself—things I believe are genuinely worth sharing with others.

Just Print It 3D is still a small, hands-on operation, so every product is designed, printed, and quality-checked by me. Orders may take a little patience at times, although I do occasionally recruit my wife to help fold boxes and keep the printers running.

I do my best to keep customers informed, and I’m always just an email or message away if you’d like an update.

JUST. PRINT. IT.

The Story

Just Print It 3D began in 2020 with a birthday gift: a Prusa MK3S 3D printer. What started as curiosity quickly turned into a passion for designing practical, well-engineered products—made locally in Australia.

To fund the hobby, the first product was developed: an Australian number plate frame, customisable with badges for sporting clubs, businesses, and hobbies. It proved there was real demand for thoughtfully designed, high-quality 3D printed accessories.

A couple of years later, the business gained traction with an adapted Garmin R10 alignment stand—designed to improve setup accuracy for one of the most popular golf launch monitors on the market.

In mid-2023, a friend suggested a centre console organiser for the newly released Ford Ranger. After two months of design iteration and extensive prototyping, the final product launched and quickly helped Ranger and Everest owners better organise their oversized centre consoles.

In 2024, production capability was upgraded with the addition of a Bambu Lab X1 Carbon—delivering faster print times, improved reliability, and a surface finish that meets strict quality standards. This upgrade played a key role in the successful launch of products for the Next-Gen Volkswagen Amarok.

More recently, development expanded locally on the Sunshine Coast, working directly with Mitsubishi Triton MV and MR owners to create console organisers that solve real, everyday storage problems.

In 2025, the product range continued to grow with the addition of new golf alignment and stand accessories, alongside the introduction of large-format Bambu Lab printers—enabling larger parts, tighter tolerances, and increased production capacity.

The pram bracket marks the first product in a growing accessories range for parents—allowing mums and dads to securely carry their child’s balance bike or scooter on a pram with ease.
